Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and balances forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your Account. You are responsible for updating your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.
2.4 Geographic Restrictions. lepak7 operates for users in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are accessing lepak7 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you must not register or use the Platform.
2.5 KYC Compliance. lepak7 is required to verify the identity and payment details of all account holders. You agree to provide all documentation requested for KYC purposes including but not limited to a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued ID, and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC procedures within the required timeframe may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and gaming privileges.
3.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lepak7 Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. lepak7 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.2 Notification of Breach. You must notify lepak7 support immediately upon becoming aware that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your login credentials have been compromised.
3.3 Personal Use Only. Your lepak7 Account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to operate or place bets through your Account. Account sharing, delegation, or operation by proxy is strictly prohibited.
3.4 Account Currency. All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings on lepak7 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). lepak7 does not support multi-currency accounts.
4.1 Payment Methods. lepak7 accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and Visa/Mastercard. Accepted payment methods are subject to change. You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. Deposits are credited to your Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from your payment provider.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. lepak7 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional KYC verification is required.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Winnings derived from Bonus funds may only be withdrawn once all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met. Attempting to withdraw bonus-linked funds before satisfying wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided. Withdrawals of deposits made without any gameplay activity may be subject to administrative review.
4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. lepak7 is required to conduct anti-money laundering checks on all accounts. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds at any time. Accounts suspected of money laundering activity will be suspended pending investigation and reported to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
5.1 Sportsbook. All sports bets on lepak7 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market as set out in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. lepak7 reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend odds on any event prior to settlement where errors, system faults, or palpable pricing mistakes are identified.
5.2 Live Betting. Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events. Bets accepted during live events are binding once confirmed. lepak7 is not responsible for delayed acceptance of bets due to connectivity issues on the User's end.
5.3 Casino Games. All casino and slot games on lepak7 use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG at the moment the result is generated and cannot be reversed. Disconnections occurring after a game round has commenced will be resolved based on the server-side outcome record for that round.
5.4 Bet Cancellation. Once a bet has been confirmed on lepak7, it may not be cancelled or amended by the User. Cancellations may only be effected by lepak7 in circumstances set out in these Terms or the applicable game rules.
5.5 Maximum Winnings. lepak7 reserves the right to apply maximum single-session or single-event winnings caps. Current caps applicable to specific game categories are displayed within the relevant game or market sections of the Platform.
6.1 General. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by lepak7 are subject to individual promotion-specific terms in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period; unused bonus funds and uncompleted wagering requirements expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
6.3 Abuse. lepak7 may refuse, void, or reclaim any bonus where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that the bonus has been obtained through fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, exploitation of system errors, or strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. 9.2 Limited Licence. lepak7 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activity. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform.
9.3 Prohibited Use. You may not scrape, frame, deep-link, or systematically extract content from the lepak7 Platform without express written permission from lepak7.
10.1 Platform Availability. lepak7 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. lepak7 shall not be liable for losses arising from Platform downtime.
10.2 Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lepak7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Maximum Liability. lepak7's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Third-Party Games. Games provided by third-party studios and integrated into the lepak7 Platform operate under those studios' own technical systems. While lepak7 requires all integrated games to meet certification standards, lepak7 is not liable for technical faults originating within third-party game software.
11.1 By lepak7. lepak7 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other conduct that lepak7 reasonably determines to be harmful to the Platform, its users, or third parties. Upon termination for cause, any bonus-derived balances will be forfeited; verified real-money deposits not subject to active investigations will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method.
11.2 By the User. You may close your lepak7 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will continue to be processed to completion. Accounts with active bonus wagering requirements in progress at the time of closure will have those bonuses removed; base deposit balances will be returned.
11.3 Survival. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after Account termination.

12.3 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
12.4 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotion-specific terms applicable to your Account, constitute the entire agreement between you and lepak7 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
